So far, the generation of single-chain variable fragments (scFv) has become a mature technology used to produce fully functional antigen-binding segments in prokaryotic expression systems. Simultaneously, scFv antibodies can be genetically fused with labeled proteins (such as fluorescent proteins). These dual-functional proteins, possessing both antigen-binding capability and labeling activity, are employed in a one-step immunodetection process for biopharmaceuticals, simplifying research design.

We can optimize and synthesize the variable regions of antibodies (scFv) based on the antibody engineering and modification platform. Using our proprietary scFv expression vectors, we significantly enhance the soluble expression yield of scFv, maintaining the specificity of the original immunoglobulin. In certain applications, this approach surpasses complete IgG in terms of construction speed, production yield and engineering flexibility.
